FULLY FURNISHED STEEL DOORS
2x2 mm DKP steel sheets is used on the frame.
Frame inside is strengthened with 2 mm DKP supporter steel sheet. They are 4 mm in total.
Lock counterparts are supported with 2 mm DKP steel sheet, they are 4 mm in total.
There are 3 quantities security gib-bearings passing hinge side.
Frame unity is protected by jointing glipper bearing designed for hidden security locking ratchet used in our all doors.
Upon prefered colour, frames and edgings are covered with furniture overlaped by 12 mm MDF providing for esthetic and unity.
3x1,5 mm DKP steel sheets is used in door wings. Thus, the inside of the door is completely covered by 4.5 mm thick sheet steel.
Along with complete center-steel sheet on the wings, the steel sheet thickness on the loocking section is also 3 times strengthened.
Wings are filled with isolation equipment to provide heat and sound isolation from both sides.
Lock bearings of the wings are opened as single piece in seamless special mold with jointing press.
On the hinge section of the doors, there are 3 quantities of security gibs passing fixed from the wings to the frame.
Wing thickness is 80-90 mm upon the models.

KALE locking system is used in our doors.
Barel preventive badges are made of hardened steel providing not to be harmful for cutting and piercing tools.
Barel preventive badges are digged 6-12 mm on surface upon the models.
There is hidden security locking ratchet in our doors.
200° export peephole.
TSE standarded, designed asymmetrical, 20 mm thickness and welded 3 quantities of hinges are used in our doors.
The furnitures used on our doors are 1st class MDF. It can be overlaped with desired colour wood coating.
Wooden slats on door edges are produced in our plant.
All steel parts of our doors are electrosratical stove dyed.
Our electrostatic powder dyes include special epoxy polyester designed by Akzo Nobel for Emfadoor Steel Door and they are strengthened against impact and moisture.
Quality of polishing material used in our furniture is certified by Akzo Nobel, concerning the health of worker and user.
Our doors are certified by TSE.
Locking sections are 5 years, mechanic sections are 10 years and furniture is 2 years guaranteed.
Doors are manufactured according to the desired measurements. Upon request, side panels can also be done.
